RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT: Part time position. Will include weekend and/or evening work, or overnight. Monitors clients in women and children’s residential treatment setting. I.T. Technician
We are currently searching for a motivated I.T. Technician. Reporting to the I.T. Director, you'll be responsible for providing technical support and accurate solutions to user's network, computer, and telephony issues.
I.T. Technician Responsibilities:
-Responding to staff requests for support via telephone and e-mail
-Identifying and resolving hardware, software and operator problems
-Tracking issues and trouble tickets until resolved
-Maintaining network hardware and software
-Creating reports using Crystal Report Writer from an existing SQL database
