PURPOSE OF THE FAMILY GROUP:
The family group is an ongoing support group for people who have a child, spouse, sibling, or significant friend who is: (1) currently in treatment at MARR, (2) has been in treatment at MARR or another facility and is now in recovery (3) is in active addiction, or (4) in another substance abuse related situation (i.e., jail, etc.).

The group discusses and teaches members about co-dependency / enabling and attempts to help members detach from their addict in healthy ways. We have several long-term members (i.e., 10 years) who have experienced the positive impact of support for their own recovery process.
