Business Development Representative 

The Business Development Representative is responsible for taking the initiative to establish, develop, grow, and maintain specific accounts in the assigned territory. The candidate will create, develop, implement, and execute strategies and tactics driving referrals and admissions to MARR. The Business Development Representative is responsible for driving results within the assigned territory by engaging both new and existing referral sources.

Primary Counselor Men’s Recovery Center 

Licensure as LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or Associate Licensure OR CACI or CACII is required. A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, with the major course work in addiction studies, psychology, social work, or related human service or behavioral or social services field.
