Thank you all for the overwhelming support in my first weeks in this position. I’m humbled and honored to be stepping into the role of CEO of this deeply respected institution–one that for 47 years has changed the lives of countless individuals and families.

In my first message to our entire community as CEO, I want to reiterate what MARR has done so well since 1975, and will continue to recommit itself to.

Our Mission: MARR is dedicated to bringing total recovery to chemically dependent individuals through high-quality, cost-effective, gender-specific treatment programs. MARR mentors clients in a disciplined, caring, and respectful environment. The total needs of each client are addressed to achieve lasting recovery–physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Every single one of our staff members as well as all the members of our larger network of referrers, alumni, volunteers, and supporters play a vital role in continuing to keep the vision of MARR a living and breathing reality that changes lives on a daily basis.

I look forward to reconnecting with those of you who I already know and collaborating with new members of our large, ever-growing family.
