MARR's 29th Annual 'Swing Fore Recovery' Golf Tournament

Dear Alumni, Friends and Supporters of MARR,

We are thrilled to announce MARR’s 29th Annual ‘Swing Fore Recovery’ Golf Tournament, a cornerstone event in our mission: To bring lasting recovery to individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction and substance use through evidence-based, cost-effective, gender-specific treatment programs.

Presented by Delta Air Lines, the tournament will take place on May 20, 2024, at the prestigious Country Club of Roswell. All proceeds from this event will directly support individuals seeking treatment for substance abuse, making a profound impact on their journey of recovery.

We invite you, our valued alumni, friends and business professionals, to join us for a day filled with camaraderie and purpose. There are several ways to become a MARR supporter:

• Register as a Golfer: Gather your foursome and enjoy a day on the greens, knowing that your participation directly contributes to our cause.
• Sponsorship: Showcase your support for recovery by becoming a tournament sponsor. Various sponsorship opportunities are available to suit your organization’s goals and budget. (Contact: funddev@marrinc.org)
• Donate In-Kind Items: Help us make our raffle a success by donating items or services. Your contributions will add excitement to the event and generate additional funds for our programs.
• Volunteer: Lend your time and skills on the day of the event. Your assistance ensures smooth operations and a memorable experience for all participants.

The tournament will be a four-man scramble. Festivities will kick off at 7:30 a.m. with check-in and a light breakfast, continuing until 8:45 a.m. The shotgun start will commence promptly at 9 a.m., followed by a luncheon, awards ceremony, and exciting prizes as we conclude play.
