Meet Cailley Young

Job Title: Men’s Recovery Center Administrative Assistant
Education Background: Cailley graduated with a BA in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University in 2017.
Work History: Prior to joining the MARR family in May 2022, Cailley worked for five years as a preschool teacher.

“I began working as a preschool teacher right out of college, and that wasn’t my calling. When I saw MARR had a job opening I knew it would be a great place to get back on track with my background in psychology and sociology. I love interacting with the clients who are in treatment with us. I am one of the many faces they see on both their first and last days at MARR, and watching them grow and change is one of my favorite parts of the job. Frowning faces, stiff postures, and sometimes rough appearances turn into smiles, healthy bodies and a new way of life.”
